Package Your Gear
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all charging cables, ear tips, and manuals provided.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
